This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds, returns, cancellations, listing payments, digital services, and third-party purchases are handled on Skate Terminal.
Skate Terminal helps users discover skating-related events, places, communities, routes, sessions, and resources. Many listings link to independent organizers, venues, shops, ticketing platforms, registration providers, or other third-party websites.
Unless Skate Terminal clearly states that it is the direct seller, payments made to a third-party organizer, venue, marketplace, ticketing service, or external website are controlled by that third party’s refund, cancellation, shipping, and return policies.
If you purchase event tickets, register for an event, reserve a session, or pay an organizer through a third-party website, you must contact that organizer or provider directly for refund requests, transfer requests, event postponements, cancellations, credits, or charge issues.
Skate Terminal is not responsible for refunding payments that were not processed by Skate Terminal.
If Skate Terminal offers paid listing upgrades, advertising placements, sponsored content, directory services, digital tools, subscriptions, or promotional services, the following rules apply unless a separate written agreement says otherwise:
If Skate Terminal directly sells physical products in the future, the applicable product page, checkout page, or order confirmation will state the return window, shipping rules, condition requirements, and return instructions. Unless stated otherwise, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
The following are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Skate Terminal in writing:
Events may be postponed, cancelled, moved, modified, or affected by weather, permits, venue rules, road closures, safety concerns, organizer decisions, or other conditions. Refund eligibility for those events is determined by the organizer or seller that accepted your payment.
For Skate Terminal purchases, please contact us with your name, email address, order number if available, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information to verify the payment and review the request.
For third-party purchases, please contact the organizer, venue, shop, ticketing provider, or payment platform shown on your receipt or registration confirmation.
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a payment dispute without contacting the seller may delay resolution, especially when a third-party provider processed the payment.
For questions about this policy or a Skate Terminal purchase, please contact Skate Terminal through the support or contact options available on SkateTerminal.com.
