Maré Favela Skatepark

Maré Favela Skatepark is a 500-square-metre community skatepark built in Rio de Janeiro in 2019. The venue provides a safer year-round gathering place for young people from different favela communities and supports Coletivo Skate Maré's classes, equipment-loan activity, and peace-building work through skateboarding.
