Exposure Skate Festival Returns to Encinitas for Its 15th Year
Exposure 2026 brings three days of women’s, girls’, and nonbinary skateboarding back to Poods Skate Park, with vert, bowl, street, and a vendor village built around the action.

Exposure is back for a 15th edition, and Encinitas is once again the place to be if you want a weekend packed with high-level skateboarding and community energy. Taking place from Friday, November 6 through Sunday, November 8, 2026, the free festival returns to Poods Skate Park with a lineup centered on women’s, girls’, and nonbinary skateboarding.

What’s happening at Exposure
The festival program spans a wide mix of riding styles, so there should be plenty to watch whether you’re into transition power, technical street skating, or the flow of a well-built bowl line. The event also includes a family-friendly vendor village, which helps make it feel like more than just a contest day.

Why this event matters
Exposure has grown into a key fixture on the skate calendar because it spotlights riders across multiple generations, from rising competitors to established professionals and skateboarding legends. That mix tends to make for a pretty electric atmosphere: part contest, part reunion, part celebration of how broad skateboarding has become.

For skaters and fans alike, Exposure is the kind of event that rewards lingering. You can catch hard-charging runs, browse the vendor area, and still have time to soak up the scene.
What to keep an eye on
If you’re planning a visit, the best content usually comes from staying mobile and leaving room to follow the energy. A strong featured image could capture the park in full swing, while supporting shots might focus on a vert moment and a candid crowd or vendor-village scene.
- Fast action in vert and bowl sections
- Street lines and technical tricks
- Community moments between heats
- Visuals from the vendor village and park atmosphere
With its free admission and broad skate focus, Exposure remains one of the more accessible and inclusive stops on the calendar. If you’re anywhere near Encinitas in early November, this is the sort of weekend that’s worth clearing time for.
