Ipplepen Skatepark Opening Jam 2026 celebrated the opening of the community’s new skatepark on Saturday, July 25, 2026. The project followed approximately nine years of local redesign, planning, fundraising, and development led by Ipplepen Parish Council and members of the riding community.
Maverick and Team Rubicon supported the opening program, which included professional rider demonstrations and skateboarding, BMX, and scooter competitions from noon to 4:00 p.m. The event marked the formal public launch of the new facility off Biltor Road near Newton Abbot.
