SkateDC Weekend

SkateDC Weekend returns to Washington, DC from Tuesday, September 1 through Sunday, September 6, 2026. Hosted by SkateDC and the Washington Area Roadskaters, the annual gathering typically draws more than 100 local and visiting skaters for several days of community-led street routes and social activities.

Routes can range from casual outings to advanced skates with technical hills, so participants should review the skill level and meeting point for each session before joining. Bring well-maintained skates, a helmet and appropriate protective gear, water, and lights or reflective clothing for evening routes.
